What is collected

When you sign-in with Google, the following information is collected.
  1. First name and last name - as you have with Google
  2. Email - Your GMail ID

Visibility to other users

First and Last Name

  1. Visible to users you share a Coll (collection) with - in the App, and in Notifications.
  2. Visible to ALL users if you have a Coll (collection) that you marked as public

Email

  1. NOT visible to other users

How Collony uses

First and Last Name

  1. Shown to you on your 'me' page
  2. Shown on Colls you are part of
  3. May be used in emails sent to you, if any (we are not sending emails as of now)
  4. NOT shared with any 3rd party

Email

  1. Used as 'unique' account identifier
  2. May be used in emails sent to you, if any (we are not sending emails as of now)
  3. NOT shown to other users
  4. NOT shared with any 3rd party
